Spice Lounge Food Works acquires Singaporean tech firm Prisha Infotech

Spice Lounge Food Works Limited's board has approved the acquisition of Singapore-based PRISHA INFOTECH PTE. LTD. for $150,000, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary effective January 1, 2026. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 12 months.
