Siemens International Holding increases stake in Siemens Limited

On December 16, 2025, Siemens International Holding B.V. acquired 14,503,026 equity shares, representing 4.07% of the equity share capital, in Siemens Limited. This transaction was an off-market inter-se transfer from Siemens Energy Holdco B.V., with both entities being promoters of Siemens Limited.

Prior to this acquisition, Siemens International Holding B.V. held 169,882,943 shares (47.70%). Post-acquisition, its holding increased to 184,385,969 shares, representing 51.77% of the company’s equity. Concurrently, Siemens Energy Holdco B.V.'s stake decreased from 17,806,013 shares (5.00%) to 3,302,987 shares (0.93%).

The total promoter holding in Siemens Limited remains unchanged at 267,089,913 shares, or 75.00% of the equity share capital. The equity share capital of Siemens Limited comprises 356,120,505 equity shares of INR 2 each.
