Sical Logistics divests Tamil Nadu non-core assets for ₹24 crore

Sical Logistics Limited announced the sale of its non-core assets in Kottapattu village, Tiruchirappalli district, Tamil Nadu. The assets, two land parcels totaling 2.55 acres, were sold for ₹24,00,00,000. The sale deeds were executed on December 15, 2025, with information disseminated on December 17, 2025.

The transaction aligns with the company's resolution plan, approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai bench, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Buyers include Trichy Metal and Alloys Private Limited (34%), K. Jeyakarna (34%), S. Adithya Ram (21%), and V. Badhri Narayanan (11%). None of the buyers belong to the promoter or promoter group, indicating an arm's length transaction.
