Royal Orchid expands in Himachal Pradesh with new property

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) announced the signing of "Regenta Place Golden Castle," a 43-key property located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. This expansion marks a strategic entry into Asia's largest pharmaceutical hub and strengthens the company's footprint in North India. The property will operate under a management agreement, aligning with ROHL's asset-light expansion strategy.

The Regenta Place Golden Castle is situated on the Baddi Nalagarh Road, NH-105, and offers 43 well-appointed rooms, including suite rooms, super deluxe rooms, deluxe rooms, and executive rooms. Key amenities will include a multi-cuisine restaurant (PINXX), a sky bar and lounge, two banquet halls, a 12,000 sq. ft. lawn, a swimming pool, spa, and 24-hour in-room dining.

The new property is strategically positioned 2 km from the Baddi Bus Stand, 27 km from Chandigarh Railway Station, and 50 km from Chandigarh Airport. According to arjun baljee, president, Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, Baddi's status as a major industrial and pharmaceutical hub makes it a key market for business travelers.
