Roto Pumps: promoter group entity increases stake

Harish Chandra Gupta HUF, part of the promoter and promoter group of Roto Pumps Limited, has acquired 34,779 equity shares of the company. This acquisition, conducted through the open market, took place across three dates in December 2025: 17,552 shares on December 12, 7,227 shares on December 15, and 10,000 shares on December 16.

Prior to this acquisition, Harish Chandra Gupta HUF held 7,483,677 shares, representing a 3.97% voting capital. Following the transaction, their holding increased to 7,518,456 shares, bringing their voting capital to 3.99%. The overall promoter and promoter group's holding in Roto Pumps Limited has also seen a marginal increase from 66.78% to 66.80% of the total share and voting capital.

The total equity share capital of Roto Pumps Limited, both before and after the acquisition, stands at ₹1,884,456,600, divided into 188,445,660 equity shares of ₹1 each. This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
