Nestle India board to review Q3 and nine-month 2025 results

Nestle India Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, January 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results. This includes both standalone and consolidated figures for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.

The announcement, dated December 17, 2025, was made to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The meeting aligns with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from January 1, 2026, to February 1, 2026, inclusive of both dates. This closure is in anticipation of the financial results announcement.
