Kajaria Ceramics confirms leadership appointments after shareholder votes

Kajaria Ceramics Limited confirmed the submission of newspaper advertisements detailing the results of its postal ballot, with resolutions concerning the re-designation and appointment of key management overwhelmingly approved.

The special resolution for the re-designation and appointment of Ashok Kajaria as chairman of the company received 99.76% of votes in favour. Similarly, the re-designation and appointment of Chetan Kajaria as vice chairman garnered 99.96% in favour.

Finally, Rishi Kajaria's re-designation and appointment as managing director also passed with 99.96% of votes in favour. These results confirm the passage of all special resolutions with the requisite majority.
