JSW Energy subsidiaries gain stable credit ratings for long-term facilities

JSW Energy Limited announced on December 17, 2025, that its step-down subsidiaries, O2 Renewable Energy XI Private Limited, O2 Renewable Energy XVI Private Limited, and O2 Renewable Energy XVII Private Limited, have received "IND A/Stable" credit ratings from India Ratings and Research Private Limited. These ratings apply to the long-term bank facilities of each of the three companies.

The ratings assignment follows a release from India Ratings and Research dated December 16, 2025, and falls under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
