Havells India appoints Reshu Madan president & SBU head

Havells India Limited informed stock exchanges on December 17, 2025, about the appointment of Reshu Madan as president & SBU head, effective from the same date.

Madan brings extensive experience to Havells, having previously served as whole time director & CEO at Sterlite Electric Limited, where he established market leadership in the EHV segment. His career also includes roles as head - EPC business at TBEA Energy and director (EP & EPC) at Sudhir Gensets Limited. He also held various positions at Crompton Greaves Limited, rising from marketing executive to business unit head - engineering projects division.

Academically, Madan holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Bharti Vidya Peeth College of Engineering, Pune, and a post graduate diploma in business management from IMT Ghaziabad. The company stated there are no relationships between Madan and other directors.
