Gopal Snacks promoter pledges more shares for personal loan

Gopal Snacks Limited announced on December 17, 2025, that its promoter, Bipinbhai Vithalbhai Hadvani, has encumbered 4,700,000 equity shares of the company. The shares were pledged with Tata Capital Limited to secure a personal loan.

Prior to this transaction, Bipinbhai Vithalbhai Hadvani held 6,855,4556 shares, representing 55.02% of the total share capital, with 5,800,000 shares (4.65%) already encumbered. The newly pledged 4,700,000 shares constitute 3.77% of the total share capital.

Following this creation of pledge, the total encumbered shares held by the promoter amount to 10,500,000, representing 8.42% of the total share capital.
