Diamond Power secures major cable order from Bondada Engineering

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has received a Letter of Intent from Bondada Engineering Limited, an EPC contractor, for the supply of power cables. The order is valued at Rs. 55,54,00,000/- exclusive of GST. The company confirmed this disclosure under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The power cable supply project is slated for execution between January 1, 2026, and July 31, 2026. The company stated that the order was awarded on a "Kms rate basis with PV Formulae" and falls within a domestic entity transaction.

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited clarified that none of its promoters, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in Bondada Engineering Limited, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
