Clean Science board gets fresh leadership with key appointments

Clean Science and Technology Limited announced that its members have passed all resolutions regarding director appointments via postal ballot. The resolutions were passed with the requisite majority following an e-voting period from November 17 to December 16, 2025.

Madhu Dubhashi's directorship will continue as a non-executive independent director until February 19, 2026, after attaining the age of 75. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Keval Navinchandra Doshi and the appointment of Raj Kamal and Pallavi Gokhale as non-executive independent directors, each for a five-year term commencing from November 6, 2025.

Additionally, Ashok Ramnarayan Boob was appointed as managing director and executive vice-chairman from April 1, 2026, to July 27, 2027. Siddhartha Ashok Sikchi was appointed as whole time director and managing director from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031. All special resolutions received overwhelming support, with the lowest "in favour" vote being 99.4656% for Doshi's re-appointment and the lowest for ordinary resolutions being 91.7457% for Sikchi's appointment.
