Bhoruka Supply Chain Solutions increases stake in Transport Corporation of India

Bhoruka Supply Chain Solutions Holdings Ltd. acquired 3,600 equity shares of Transport Corporation of India Limited (TCI) on December 16, 2025. This open market transaction falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Before the acquisition, Bhoruka Supply Chain Solutions held 33,841,112 shares, representing 44.1059% of TCI's total voting capital. The recent purchase of 3,600 shares, which constitutes 0.0047% of the voting capital, brings their total holding to 33,844,712 shares, or 44.1106% of the company.

The total equity share capital of TCI remains at 15,34,53,974, comprising 7,67,26,987 equity shares of 2 each. Sudhir Kumar Agarwal, a director within the promoter group, confirmed the acquisition.
