B Saravanan rectifies Bannari Amman Sugars shareholding disclosure

B Saravanan, along with persons acting in concert (PACs), has submitted a rectified disclosure to stock exchanges concerning their substantial acquisition of shares in Bannari Amman Sugars Limited. The revised filing, dated December 15, 2025, amends a previous disclosure from September 11, 2025, to include the acquisition date and details of changes in PAC shareholdings.

Prior to the acquisition, B Saravanan individually held 175,758 shares, representing 1.40% of the total voting capital. Together with PACs, their combined holding was 7,360,276 shares, equivalent to 58.70%. Following an off-market acquisition of 4,900 shares, B Saravanan's individual holding increased to 180,658 shares (1.44%), while the total holding with PACs remained at 7,360,276 shares (58.70%).

The equity share capital of Bannari Amman Sugars Limited before and after the acquisition is stated as Rs. 12,53,97,000, representing 12,539,700 equity shares of Rs.10 each. The acquisition took place on September 11, 2025.
