Vishnu Chemicals schedules individual investor meeting in Mumbai

Vishnu Chemicals Limited will host an analyst/institutional investor meeting on December 19, 2025, at 11:30 AM. The meeting, to be held physically in Mumbai, will be with an individual investor. This intimation is made under Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company clarified that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) is proposed to be shared during this investor meeting. Vishnu Chemicals also noted that the schedule is subject to changes due to exigencies from either party.
