Thangamayil Jewellery announces death of company secretary V. Vijayaraghavan

Thangamayil Jewellery Limited notified both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the unfortunate demise of V. Vijayaraghavan, the company secretary and compliance officer. Mr. Vijayaraghavan passed away on December 16, 2025, due to medical complications while on ventilator support.

The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015. The company conveyed its deep sympathy, sorrow, and condolences to his family.
