RailTel secures significant IT infrastructure order from Port Authority

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. (RailTel) has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority for an advanced IT infrastructure project. The domestic contract involves the implementation of advanced IT infrastructure at VOC port.

The estimated size of the order is INR 2,688,455,63. The project is expected to be executed by August 15, 2026. This win was announced on December 16, 2025, following the receipt of the work order on the same day.

RailTel confirmed that the order does not involve any promoter, promoter group, or group company interest in the awarding entity, nor does it fall under related-party transactions. The company has notified both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited about this development.
