Peterhouse investments reduces stake in Usha Martin

Peterhouse Investments Limited, a corporate director of Trident Corporate Services (No.2) Limited, reported the sale of 200,000 equity shares of Usha Martin Limited on December 12, 2025. The transaction was executed via the open market on the National Stock Exchange.

Prior to this sale, Peterhouse Investments held 3,450,000 equity shares, representing 1.13% of Usha Martin's total share or voting capital. Following the sale, their holding has decreased to 3,250,000 equity shares, which now constitutes 1.07% of the total share or voting capital.

Usha Martin's equity share capital remains at 30,47,41,780 both before and after the transaction. The transaction reflects an adjustment in Peterhouse Investments' position in Usha Martin Limited.
