Panorama Studios International promoters pledge more shares for personal borrowing

Abhishek Pathak and Kumar Mangat Rajaram Pathak, promoters of Panorama Studios International Ltd, have disclosed new encumbrances on their shares as of December 15, 2025.

Abhishek Pathak pledged 8,000,000 shares, representing 4.30% of the total share capital, for personal borrowing. This brings his total encumbered shares to 11,000,000 (5.91%), held in favor of Neuzen Finance Private Limited.

Similarly, Kumar Mangat Rajaram Pathak created pledges on 12,000,000 shares, equating to 6.45% of the total share capital, also for personal borrowing. This action increases his total encumbered shares to 16,450,000 (8.84%), with Neuzen Finance Private Limited as the beneficiary.

Collectively, the two promoters have increased their pledged holdings, reflecting the ongoing use of company shares for personal financing. The disclosures were made in accordance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
