Monarch Infrapark Private Limited, a promoter group entity, has acquired an additional 25,000 shares in Monarch Networth Capital Ltd. This transaction, executed via an open market purchase on December 15, 2025, increases Monarch Infrapark's holding from 5.41% to 5.44% of the target company's total share/voting capital.

Before the acquisition, Monarch Infrapark held 4,291,629 shares, representing 5.41% of Monarch Networth Capital's total voting capital. The recent purchase of 25,000 shares brings their post-acquisition holding to 4,316,629 shares.

The total equity share capital and voting capital of Monarch Networth Capital Ltd remains 79,268,338 shares. This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
