JNK India announces CFO Pravin Sathe's resignation

JNK India Limited announced the resignation of Pravin Sathe from his position as chief financial officer (CFO), key managerial personnel (KMP), and senior management personnel (SMP), effective from the close of business hours on December 16, 2025. Sathe is stepping down to pursue other professional opportunities.

His cessation as KMP is also effective December 16, 2025, in accordance with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations. The company has formally notified both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about this change, adhering to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The resignation letter from Sathe was received, and the company confirmed that there is no disclosure of any relationship between directors relevant to this change.
