Jaykay joint venture secures significant CNC machine contract from Ircon International

J K Phillips LLP, a 50:50 joint venture between Jaykay Enterprises Limited and Phillips Machine Tools India Private Limited, has received an order from Ircon International Limited. The contract, valued at Rs. 162.25 crores (including GST), is for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and training of various types of CNC Machines for MSME Training Centers.

The project, designated as GE-Package-1, involves locations across India and aims to support capacity building and digital transformation for MSMEs. The completion period for this turnkey contract is 240 days from the order date, December 16, 2025. This order strengthens Jaykay Enterprises Limited's position as a provider of high-technology digital manufacturing solutions.

The company confirmed that neither its promoters, promoter group, nor group companies have an interest in Ircon International Limited. Furthermore, the contract does not fall under related party transactions. This information was disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
