Intellect Design Arena allots 23,377 equity shares under ESOP

Intellect Design Arena Limited announced the allotment of 23,377 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹5, to eligible employees under its Associate (Employees) Stock Option Plan. This allotment, approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee on December 16, 2025, includes 4,024 shares under ISOP 2015, 1,500 shares under ISOP 2016, and 17,853 shares under IIPS 2018.

Following this issuance, the company's total issued and subscribed share capital has increased to ₹69,65,77,310, comprising 13,93,15,462 equity shares. The newly issued shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares, maintaining an ISIN Number of INE306R01017.

The exercise prices for these options were ₹5 for ISOP 2015 and ISOP 2018, and ₹142.45 for ISOP 2016. Premiums per share were NIL for ISOP 2015 and ISOP 2018, and ₹137.45 for ISOP 2016. The company’s shares are listed on both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
