GMM Pfaudler sells Hyderabad property, consolidates operations in Gujarat

GMM Pfaudler Limited announced on December 16, 2025, the execution of an agreement to sell its Hyderabad property, which was reclassified as an "Asset held for sale" in fiscal year 2025. The transaction is subject to due diligence and is anticipated to conclude by March 31, 2026. The Hyderabad facility generated revenue of INR 52 crores in fiscal year 2025, contributing 5.6% of standalone revenue and 1.6% of consolidated revenue. The expected consideration from the sale is INR 54.5 crores.

The buyer, Topsun Power Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bhagyanagar Properties Limited, is not part of GMM Pfaudler’s promoter or promoter group companies. The company clarified that the sale does not constitute a related party transaction.

This divestment follows the closure of the Hyderabad facility in February 2025, with operations having been consolidated at Karamsad, Gujarat. GMM Pfaudler stated that this sale will have no impact on the company's profits or net worth, as its operations were already consolidated.
