Geojit Financial Services appoints P. Vishnuraj as nominee director

Geojit Financial Services Limited announced the successful approval of a resolution for the appointment of P. Vishnuraj IAS (DIN:10701056) as a nominee director of the company. The voting results of the postal ballot and e-voting, conducted in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, were announced on December 16, 2025, following a notice issued on October 20, 2025.

The resolution received overwhelming support, with 99.8965% of the total votes polled in favour and only 0.1035% against. A total of 82,673,476 votes were polled, with 82,587,934 in favour and 85,542 against.

The e-voting period spanned from November 15, 2025, to December 14, 2025. The scrutinizer's report, prepared by Satheesh & Remesh, practicing company secretaries, confirmed that the resolutions were approved with the requisite majority.
