Diamond Power Infrastructure wins major cable supply order

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited announced on December 16, 2025, the receipt of a Letter of Intent from Rajesh Power Services Limited, an EPC contractor. The order is for the supply of cables valued at INR 57,58,40,000, inclusive of GST. This domestic order involves the provision of 11 KV (E) 3C 300 sq mm XLPE Aluminum Armored Cable, conforming to UGVCL Robust 2.0 specifications.

The company expects to execute this order between January 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026. The contract is structured on a "Kms rate basis with PV Formulae." Diamond Power Infrastructure confirmed that this transaction does not involve any interest from its promoters, promoter group, or group companies and does not fall under related party transactions.
