Clean Science shareholders re-elect directors, appoint new managing directors

Clean Science and Technology Limited announced the results of its postal ballot held on December 16, 2025, confirming several significant board resolutions. Shareholders approved the continuation of ms. madhu dubhashi as a non-executive independent director until February 19, 2026, despite her attaining the age of 75, with 99.9234% of valid votes cast in favor. The re-appointment of mr. keval navinchandra doshi as a non-executive independent director for five consecutive years, from February 6, 2026, to February 5, 2031, also passed with 99.4656% in favor.

Additionally, mr. raj kamal and ms. pallavi gokhale were appointed as non-executive independent directors for five years, commencing November 6, 2025, and ending November 5, 2030. Both appointments secured overwhelming support, with 99.9600% and 99.9604% of votes in favor, respectively.

In executive changes, mr. ashok ramnarayan boob was appointed as managing director and executive vice-chairman from April 1, 2026, to July 27, 2027, with 97.8919% of votes in favor. Mr. siddhartha ashok sikchi was appointed as whole-time director and managing director from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031, securing 91.7457% approval. All special resolutions and ordinary resolutions passed with the requisite majority.
