Ceinsys Tech announces key board changes, Sagar Meghe appointed chairman and WTD

Ceinsys Tech Ltd. announced several key changes to its board of directors following a meeting on December 16, 2025. Sagar Meghe, previously a non-executive non-independent director-cum-chairman, has been appointed as whole time director and chairman, effective December 16, 2025. His remuneration and terms of appointment are subject to member approval. The board acknowledged Meghe's leadership in taking on the executive position.

Additionally, Prashant Kamat has been appointed as an additional director under the non-executive non-independent category, effective January 1, 2026. This follows his vacation of the whole time director, vice chairman, and chief executive position on December 31, 2025. The company also accepted the resignation of Surej Kunhithayyil Poyil from his role as non-executive non-independent director and chief executive designate, effective December 16, 2025, as he shifts focus to the international operations of Technology Associates Inc. (TA Inc.).

The audit committee has also been reconstituted, with Kishore Dewani appointed as chairman, and Dhruv Kaji, Maya Swaminathan Sinha, and Sagar Meghe as members. Vishal Pawar resigned from his post as chief marketing officer and senior management, effective December 19, 2025.
