Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels acquires key hospitality properties in Kerala

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has announced the acquisition of 100% stakes in THALI Hotels and Destinations Private Limited and Fishermans Grove Resorts Private Limited, along with a minimum 90.96% shareholding in Cochin Residency Private Limited, with an option to acquire up to 100%. The acquisitions include two lakefront properties, "Purity" and "The Malabar House," and a luxury houseboat, "Discovery."

THALI, with an authorized share capital of INR 1,00,00,000 and a paid-up capital of INR 69,27,070, saw turnover of Rs. 2.46 crore in 2024-25. FGRPL, with an authorized share capital of INR 50,00,000 and paid-up capital of INR 43,29,910, reported no turnover in the last three years. CRPL, with an authorized share capital of INR 1,15,00,000 and paid-up capital of INR 1,10,60,660, reported a turnover of Rs. 4.97 crore in 2024-25.

These acquisitions are set to integrate the financial results of these new properties into Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels' consolidated financial statements. All acquisitions involve cash consideration.
