Wipro allots shares under employee stock option plans

Wipro Limited has allotted a total of 395,874 equity shares following the exercise of employee stock option plans (ESOPs) as of December 15, 2025. This includes 252,134 equity shares under the ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and an additional 143,740 equity shares under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007.

These allotments are part of the company's ongoing employee benefit programs, enabling eligible employees to convert their stock options into equity shares. This move reflects the exercise of previously granted ESOPs and contributes to the company's overall share capital.

The announcement was made by company secretary M Sanaulla Khan, for the information and records of both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
