Vascon Engineers secures major Navi Mumbai hospital construction contract

Vascon Engineers Limited announced on December 15, 2025, that it has secured an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) work order from the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. The contract is for the construction of a Super Specialty Hospital at Plot No. 4, Sec15A, C.B.D Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

The total value of the work order is Rs. 260,09,00,000/-, which includes GST. This project is designated for a domestic entity and is expected to be completed within 36 months from the date of the work order's issuance.

The company confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
