TCS expands European delivery with new Romanian office

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced the opening of a new office in Bucharest, Romania, on December 15, 2025, to bolster its European delivery network. This expansion reinforces TCS' commitment to the region, enhancing its capacity as a digital engineering services hub and supporting clients across the continent. The new facility in Bucharest’s Floreasca business district demonstrates a focus on local talent, with over 95% of its employees being Romanian nationals.

This strategic move builds on TCS’s European presence, which includes over 350 customers across 20 countries and more than 15,000 professionals. The company also recently launched a Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) innovation hub in Bucharest to support global automotive clients. TCS first entered the Romanian market in 2019, recognizing the country's skilled talent pool and business potential.

The investment aims to deliver hyper-connected services and support digital transformation initiatives for clients worldwide. TCS reported consolidated revenues of over $30 bn for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.
