Swan Corp independent director Shanaya Munot resigns

Ms. Shanaya Munot has resigned from her position as an independent director of Swan Corp Limited, effective December 15, 2025. The company officially communicated her resignation to both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE Limited, adhering to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The announcement confirms that her departure is primarily due to pre-occupation, with no other material reasons stated in her resignation letter.

The resignation was formally acknowledged by Saptarshi Ganguly, company secretary for Swan Corp Limited.
