SBC Exports secures major manpower contract from IIT Jodhpur

SBC Exports Limited has been awarded a work order by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Jodhpur) for providing manpower services. The contract, initially for one year, is extendable up to three years based on satisfactory performance. This domestic contract for the supply of manpower is effective from January 1, 2026.

The broad consideration for the order is approximately 10.77 crore rupees. The agreement specifies that the vendor will deploy trained, qualified, and experienced manpower as required by IIT Jodhpur anywhere in India.

SBC Exports Limited confirmed that neither the promoter nor any promoter group or group companies have any interest in IIT Jodhpur. The transaction does not fall under related party transactions. Disputes under the contract are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
