Sadhana Nitro Chem proposes new independent director, Tej Mayur Contractor

Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited has issued a Postal Ballot Notice to its members for the appointment of Tej Mayur Contractor as a non-executive independent director. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing October 18, 2025, and concluding October 17, 2030. Contractor will be entitled to applicable sitting fees, with his last drawn sitting fees at INR 18,000, but will not be liable to retire by rotation.
