Rajasthan Global Securities increases stake in Nectar Lifesciences

Rajasthan Global Securities Pvt. Ltd., along with PAC LRSD Securities Pvt. Ltd., has acquired an additional 0.16% of Nectar Lifesciences Limited's voting capital through an open market transaction. This acquisition involved 362,422 shares, bringing their total stake to 5.07%.

Prior to this acquisition, Rajasthan Global Securities Pvt. Ltd. held 11,007,830 shares, representing 4.91% of the total voting capital. Following the recent acquisition on December 12, 2025, their total holding now stands at 11,370,252 shares.
