PNB Housing Finance elevates Mukesh Agarwal to function head

PNB Housing Finance Limited (PNBHFL) announced the elevation of Mukesh Agarwal to function head, effective December 15, 2025. Agarwal, currently chief sales officer – retail for prime and emerging business, will now oversee the same functions as function head chief sales officer – retail for prime and emerging markets business.

Agarwal, a 44-year-old chartered accountant with over 21 years of experience in finance, brings extensive expertise in credit, underwriting, policy formulation, and sales leadership. He has been with PNB Housing Finance Ltd. for more than 13 years, progressing through various leadership roles including national head – credit & policy (affordable business) and national credit manager – prime. Before joining PNBHFL, he held positions at Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank, and Indusind Bank.

This change in senior management personnel was disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024. The company stated that no director relationships are applicable to this appointment.
