PI Industries to meet KAMS, ICICI Prudential in investor interactions

PI Industries Ltd. will engage with institutional investors in December 2025. The company will meet with KAMS on December 18, 2025, in Mumbai for a one-on-one session. Following this, PI Industries will hold a virtual one-on-one interaction with ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund on December 22, 2025.

These interactions are conducted in compliance with Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company explicitly stated that no unpublished price sensitive information will be shared during these meetings.
