Lemon Tree Hotels expands Nepal footprint with new Bandipur property

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LTHL) has signed a license agreement for the Lemon Tree Hotel, Bandipur, Nepal, further expanding its international presence. The new property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LTHL.

The upcoming hotel in Bandipur will feature 80 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet and meeting room, and recreational facilities including a swimming pool, spa, and fitness center. This development leverages Bandipur's appeal as a historic town with scenic views of the Himalayan ranges and Marsyangdi Valley.

This latest signing complements Lemon Tree Hotels' existing portfolio of two operational hotels and three upcoming properties in Nepal, marking a significant step in deepening its presence in the Nepalese market. The company operates over 120 hotels across more than 80 cities in India and internationally, with a pipeline of over 120 upcoming properties.
