KPIT Technologies promoter Ajay Bhagwat reduces stake

Ajay Bhagwat, a promoter of KPIT Technologies, has disclosed the disposal of 55,000 equity shares in the company on December 12, 2025. This transaction was conducted via an open market sale.

Prior to the disposal, Ajay Bhagwat held 2,258,539 shares, representing 0.82% of the total share/voting capital. Following the sale, his holding has been reduced to 2,203,539 shares, corresponding to 0.80% of the total share/voting capital.

The total equity share capital of KPIT Technologies stands at 2,741,43,808 shares, each valued at ₹10. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011.
