Ion Exchange secures Rs 205 crore in water treatment contracts

Ion Exchange (India) Limited has been awarded contracts by Rayzon Energy Private Limited and INOX Solar Limited, cumulatively valued at approximately Rs 205 crore. These contracts are for the provision of Ultra-Pure Water systems, Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) solutions.

The contract with Rayzon Energy Private Limited is valued at approximately Rs 95 crore for process and utility requirements for its 5.1 GW PV Solar project in Kathwada Village, Surat. The INOX Solar Limited contract, valued at approximately Rs 110 crore, involves ultra-pure water generation, wastewater treatment, and zero liquid discharge for a solar cell facility in Odisha.

These domestic entities awarded the contracts, which are not considered related party transactions, and are expected to be executed within a period of 9 to 10 months from the project award date.
