Infosys board to review Q3 results January 13-14

Infosys announced a board of directors meeting on January 13 and 14, 2026, to approve its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The results will be presented on January 14, 2026, and will include financial statements prepared under both Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) and IFRS.

In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for Infosys will close from December 16, 2025, and re-open on January 19, 2026, ahead of the earnings release.
