Genus Paper & Boards sees internal share transfer among promoter group

Banwari Lal Todi and the promoter group of Genus Paper & Boards Limited have disclosed an inter-se transfer of 7,725,531 equity shares, representing 3.005% of the total paid-up capital. This transaction, conducted between December 8 and December 11, 2025, maintains the promoter group's overall holding at 130,723,860 shares, or 50.840% of the company's total voting capital, both before and after the transfer.

The inter-se transfer involved both acquisitions and disposals among various entities within the group, resulting in no net change to the total promoter shareholding. Notable individual transactions included Ishwar Chand Agarwal acquiring 7,611,531 shares and Ashutosh Todi disposing of 114,000 shares.

The total equity share capital of Genus Paper & Boards Limited remains at 257,125,940 equity shares of Re.1/- each both before and after the reported transaction. This disclosure adheres to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
