Firstsource solutions appoints two presidents, announces resignation

Firstsource Solutions Limited has announced significant changes to its senior management team, effective December 15, 2025. The company’s board of directors has approved the appointment of Matthew Barlow as president – healthcare payer services and Scott Schrader as president – healthcare provider services.

Concurrently, Venkatgiri Vandali has resigned from his position as president – healthcare and lifesciences – operations and senior management personnel of the company, effective February 6, 2026.

Mr. Barlow brings over 25 years of experience in payer businesses, with expertise in AI-enabled operations and global delivery models. Mr. Schrader has spent over two decades leading growth and transformation in healthcare technology and revenue cycle management. These appointments are expected to enhance Firstsource Solutions’ leadership in the healthcare sector.
