Easy Trip Planners promoter Nishant Pitti pledges more shares

Nishant Pitti, a promoter of Easy Trip Planners Limited, has disclosed the creation of a pledge on 189,439,225 equity shares, representing 5.20% of the total share capital of the company. This disclosure, dated December 11, 2025, was made to the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India Limited under SEBI regulations. The pledge was created on December 8, 2025, for personal use by the promoter, with Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited as the entity in whose favor the shares are encumbered.

Following this event, Nishant Pitti's total encumbered shares now stand at 380,081,321, accounting for 10.45% of the total share capital. The value of the pledged shares on the date of the agreement was INR 1,46,43,65,209, with the amount involved against which shares were encumbered also being INR 1,46,43,65,209.

The total promoter shareholding in Easy Trip Planners is 453,721,910 shares, representing 12.48% of the total share capital. The encumbered shares now constitute 43.16% of the promoter's total shareholding.
