Diwakar Finvest increases pledged Emami shares to 4.73% of total capital

Diwakar Finvest Private Limited, a promoter of Emami Limited, has disclosed the creation of a pledge on an additional 1,200,000 shares. This transaction, occurring on December 10, 2025, represents 0.27% of Emami's total share capital. The shares were pledged to Bajaj Finance Limited as part of an agreement with the lender.

Following this, Diwakar Finvest Private Limited's total encumbered shares in Emami Limited now stand at 20,648,014, or 4.73% of the total share capital. Prior to this event, the promoter entity held 19,448,014 encumbered shares, accounting for 4.46% of the share capital. The total promoter holding in Emami Limited is 98,794,786 shares, representing 22.63% of the company's total share capital.
