Dhanuka Agritech appoints Mahesh Sonawane as general manager of quality

Dhanuka Agritech Limited has appointed Mr. Mahesh Parshuram Sonawane as the general manager – quality, effective December 15, 2025. This appointment was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, highlighting the company's strategic focus on strengthening its quality management leadership.

Mr. Sonawane brings over 22 years of extensive experience in quality management, having held senior leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Atul Limited, Syngenta India Limited, and Bayer CropScience Ltd. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Pesticides and Agrochemicals from North Maharashtra University, underscoring his deep expertise in the sector.

His responsibilities will encompass strategic quality assurance in crop protection, contamination prevention, packaging effectiveness, new product introductions, and laboratory management, aiming to deliver high-impact quality outcomes for Dhanuka Agritech.
