Adani Enterprises expands airport, data center ventures

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has announced the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Airport City Limited (AACL), on December 6, 2025. AACL, a subsidiary of Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), will focus on designing, developing, financing, constructing, operating, and maintaining structures on airport land for city-side development. AACL has an authorized and paid-up share capital of INR 1,000,000, divided into 100,000 equity shares of INR 10 each.

In a separate development, AAHL completed the acquisition of a 99% stake in AGHPort Aviation Services Private Limited (AGHPort) from Indo Thai Airport Management Services Private Limited. This transaction makes AGHPort a step-down subsidiary of AEL, with operational control now assumed.

Further expanding its portfolio, AEL's joint venture, AdaniConneX Private Limited (ACX), incorporated "AdaniConneX Hyderabad Two Limited" (ACXHTL) on December 3, 2025. This new wholly owned subsidiary of ACX, with a subscribed capital of INR 100,000, will operate in the data center industry. AEL indirectly holds 50% of ACXHTL's share capital through ACX. Additionally, AEL announced the closure of its rights issue period on December 10, 2025, which aimed to raise up to INR 24,930.30 crores.
