Reliance Communications schedules 68th creditors meeting

Reliance Communications Limited announced on December 14, 2025, that its 68th Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 16, 2025. This notification was issued pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company is currently undergoing a corporate insolvency resolution process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Since June 28, 2019, the company's affairs, business, and assets have been managed by resolution professional Mr. Anish Niranjan Nanavaty, as ordered by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, on June 21, 2019.
