WPIL subsidiary secures major wastewater treatment contract in South Africa

WPIL's South African subsidiary, PCI Africa Consortium, has secured a contract valued at ZAR 2.50 billion for the upgrading and expansion of the Macassar Wastewater Treatment Works for the City of Cape Town. PCI Africa's share of this contract is approximately ZAR 1.175 billion.

The project has a duration of 54 months. WPIL confirmed that this contract does not involve any related party transactions. The announcement was made on December 13, 2025.
